Abantal is a fine dining restaurant that serves traditional Andalusian cuisine from a creative perspective with an avant-grade menu.
Plus, it is the only restaurant in Seville with a Michelin Star!
It has a warm atmosphere, with ten tables available to serve between 35 and 40 people. Service is impeccable, and the food quality and visual placement are excellent. The average price is approximately 80 €.

Lalola de Javi Abascal
This is a fantastic restaurant and a good option if you want to have lunch near the old town of Seville.
The food is beautifully presented, and there’s a relaxed setting with a romantic atmosphere so that you can enjoy a date with your partner here.
The center of Lalola’s gastronomic proposal is the Iberian pig, the house’s specialty. The diverse dishes present different stake cuts and ways of cooking and plating them.

I highly recommend this place as the food is very well presented, well-sized portions, tasty, fresh, and flavorful. You can really tell that each dish is the result of combining the best raw material, along with seasonal and organic products.

This is another safe choice of a restaurant to have lunch in Seville if you want to eat quality products, well prepared, with flavor, without being disappointed. Also, the chefs, Javier Abascal and Javier Vargas, are highly distinguished.
In this place, I assure you that you will have a great experience. You will find elaborate and unusual preparations using seasonal products. It is not a tourist restaurant like most in Seville, with the same dishes everywhere.
The prices are reasonable (the Tapas Menu is 24 €, and the Tasting Menu is 42 €), and the menu is very well selected, although not very extensive.

Sal Gorda is on the first floor of the Hotel Soho Boutique Cathedral.
This restaurant offers a simple but very appetizing Mediterranean-rooted cuisine menu. It has innovative techniques that stand out, showing a small fusion with gastronomies from other continents, such as Asia and Latin America.
It does a great job while combining and complementing Sevillian and International food flavors.
The setting of the restaurant inside the Hotel is wonderful. Nice, neat, clean, and with a view of an open kitchen facing the client, you can see the work in the kitchen while you enjoy your evening.
They also have another location, but we recommend the one from the Hotel. By the way, these are the best in town, in case they are of help:
